Course Summary

The Disciplined Agile Scrum Master course teaches participants how to use Disciplined Agile (DA) to improve their team’s way of working. Participants will become familiar with the foundational agile and lean practices that DA supports, practice using the DA tool kit to solve challenges and learn how to build high-performance teams. Filled with activities, supplemental reading and more, this course will prepare you to take the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) exam and, equally important, start using Disciplined Agile immediately.

This workshop is for PMI Calumet Chapter Project Managers, team leaders, team members, and others who are new to Agile, Lean and Disciplined Agile, those who want to learn to apply the Disciplined Agile Toolkit, those who want to hone their leadership skills and those who want to advance their career by getting their Disciplined Agile Certification.
